I requested a Hanvon GraphicPal 0605 on 12/11/09 from Provantage.com for my spouse for Holiday. After starting the merchandise on Holiday she found it had been faulty. I experimented with contact Provantage as we delivered from our Holiday journey. I also sent Hanvon (they don't post telephone numbers on the site). After getting no reaction from either occasion, I ultimately chose to delay through Provantageis lengthy delay period and keep in touch with a person service representative.
