We bought an active Whiteboard earlier this season. Although awaiting it to become shipped, we requested an active pen for this from the business named Provantage (provantage.com). Shipping was many weeks. The whiteboard arrived in, and we recognized that like a unique marketing it involved two of those fun pencils. I quickly approached Provantage by email, utilizing the link they supplied about the digital bill to stop the purchase. I also known as both their toll-free and cost figures but was placed on store for excessively lengthy occasions, and so I ignore it, accepting my purchase was ended. Afterwards, I obtained another email from Provantage stating that my item could be shipping the following day. I instantly delivered another reaction through their link, informing them to prevent the purchase, and when more attempted to contact five or six-times on the cost and toll-free numbers, but couldn't reach a location where I really could possibly keep in touch with somebody and sometimes even keep a note. Lastly, a couple of days after it delivered, somebody called Stephen Camburn approached me by email and directed me to possibly decline the cargo or return it. I directed people in my own organization to possibly decline it or return it, and thought the issue was looked after. Within the span of an interior review many months later, after our accountant outdated along with a new individual arrived around, we couldn't discover any track of the reimbursement about the charge card for Provantage. We approached them. Their instant reaction was that people needed to give them a following number demonstrating the product was delivered for their factory (which as it happens isn't truly their factory - they're simply merchants for additional stores). We spent hours attempting to tackle this problem together, plus they simply kept slipping back about the simple solution of declaring that with no following range we couldn't obtain a return. Completely terrible customer support. You will find actually a large number of additional merchants promoting exactly the same items these men market, therefore do not spend your own time coping with them. They fumbled the initial purchase, couldn't be attained by email or telephone, after which place the responsibility of evidence back on the client to fix was basically a chain of mistakes on the component. I am out $90, but atleast I understand where to not proceed later on for-anything electronics (pcs, copiers, application, equipment, house technology) related. Way too many great businesses available prepared to fold over backwards for my firm's enterprise to become compelled to work well with a company like provantage, that hasnot discovered however that outstanding customer support is just a requirement whenever you sell goods in a crowded area. Consumer beware!
