Product not shipped, refuses to refund

I requested two products from provantage.com on May 17th. Among the products was shipped without issue. Nevertheless the next product (a Microsoft Office 2010 certificate key) nevertheless was not shipped nearly 2 weeks later. I delivered them many emails requesting an update on my purchase, then requesting them to stop the rest of the product and reimbursement me. They NEVER responded some of my emails. They do not actually bother to get the telephone. The only real response they'd was after I submitted a using the Better Business Office.

It Is A total fraud. Avoid the corporation. That's the toughest online-buying experience I Have ever endured.
