Frustrating - Allof the above

It seems like a very good way to save money so my husband and I thought we'd try it out. I could not get past registering it however. You can only receive help through an online chat. The first time I got there help they spent an hour telling me what to do. Nothing worked so they told me to try again in a couple hours. A day later the exact same scenario. An hour later they told me the same thing. I tried it on two computers which are both brand new. They were very unhelpful. Now I'm trying to decide which other company I'd like to go through.
