No repair for the units outside of the country

I purchased a radio device from Netgear like a present for my buddy, who lives away from nation. I take it to him at my first visit, also it was not exercising of the container. Required aid from nearby Netgear assistance companion, plus they inform that they're not approved to correct a device that's purchased away from nation. I approached Netgear assistance, plus they merely hardly understand what I needed, regardless of how often I attempted to describe that I'm not requesting an upgraded or reimbursement, but a fix. They merely appear to possess a plan stopping a device that CAn't be actually fixed from the nation of unique purchase. Today we have to provide this device back with extra price of cargo, since I have won't be returning quickly.
