I put an order - 9724324 with Micosoft shop on Dec 24 but because of some problem in agreement they believed to contact them back on Friday the December 28 once the Agreement deppt is available to approach the purchase

The Phone Call reference quantity is -1120623241 with Microsoft shop affiliate.

However The affiliate on Friday recommended me to put the brand new purchase in the same cost as was earlier. He got the brand new purchase -9831194 using the cost of $749.25. However the offer was around by that point but he assisted me to put the brand new purchase in the aged cost since

Afterwards when my established the standing of my new purchase I had been informed the new purchase can not be prepared since the cost was transformed to

$999.00 once the new purchase was positioned.

They decided it had been their error but stated they couldnot support.

I believe I've been robbed. As a result of this used to do not purchase every other offers open to me. And now they're requesting me to pay for additional $250.

I lifted this problem to them through e-mail (ref nbr-1121232720) furthermore but I'm receiving no reaction from their website.
