Lousy support, poor product knowledge, Fraudulent sales techniques, very long wait times and dropped calls and no resolution

Named assistance at Netgear on 12/28/09. Was informed item not under warranty. I had been stop in the discussion. I called back having a diverse phone number when I attempted formerly about the unique point and was fallen by Neatgear's phone system. After I named in on my mobile phone, my contact was sent. Once linked again, I had been directed to contact "Gearhead", Netgearis subcontracted out-of guarantee company situated in India as-is Netgear's phone assistance. It's my perception that Netgear lines out-of guarantee clients to some drop number. I had been guaranteed by Netgear that Gearhead might solve my problem to get a price. I decided to a six-month agreement, with reservation, but was guaranteed one more month for that same cost. After I obtained Gearheadis verification contract e-mail, it just outlined a six-month agreement. Once I had been associated with a specialist called"Balla", I stayed about the point with him for 70 units to just discover he wasn't ready to solve my problem. He described he'd link me by having an experienced specialist. I waited for fifteen minutes while he experimented with link me. He arrived back to express he'd possess the technology contact me back. No-call arrived. I waited appx. 3 hours. I called back simply to be reconnected with Balla who again believed he might aid me. After another 40 units of unsuccessful efforts he described he could not help me. Along the way of his help, among the computers I had been make an effort to link skilled a deadly accident in the coaching and advice of the specialist. Balla described once more a senior specialist might call. No was actually call received.
