Samsung CLP510
Does not communicate

I've purchased a Samsung laser color printer. Within 3 months I offered this printer towards the Samsung Assistance Center in Windhoek, Namibia, since the printer didn't any more obtain information in the Computer.

Two days later I had been requested from the support men to aid them with my driver Disc, because they were not in ownership of 1. A later date later they discovered the Hardware software is defective plus they need to purchase it from South Africa. Now's your day 10 and that Iam still awaiting any details about my printer.

That's really annoying when I require that system quickly for evidence images. I'm today really contemplating to purchase another HP color laser.
