Samsung Colour Laser printer's short life

I was staggered to be informed I could only expect 12 months from the printer (one person using so small output). Seems extended warranty might be the go if you purchase. To make things worse I had a new set of cartridges ($326) ready to go when it stopped. When I inquired if there was something they could do like find me a printer I could buy (my model has disappeared already) so I could use the cartridges I was greeted with evasiveness, no corporation or genuine politeness. VERY poor customer relations indeed!
