Fix power pin on laptop

Took in laptop for solder pin for power on toshiba laptop. Took it home, would not reboot. Was told it might be motherboard. After taking it back several times, the bill was 120.00 for 2 hours of tech time. After connection with owner via, a friend, it was settled on me paying, the minimum of 60. Oo.
