Terrible company

I purchased an Acer Aspire notebook from PC Earth like a business-customer. After 11 weeks the show failed and so I got it back again to the shop wishing to obtain it fixed, they explained I'd to telephone the PC World business-customer services division on 08701 664666 that we did. The girl who responded was very unhelpful and explained the guarantees were managed immediately by Acer, she offered me the amount. I called Acer on 08700853100, Acer explained they had offered the guarantees to ‘Tech Guys’, and that I needed to contact them, so that they offered me the amount.

Next I approached ‘Tech Guys’ on 08709013000 and after choosing the right choices I talked to somebody who requested for that revenue details from my bill, these I offered however they couldn't find the pc from these specifics, I subsequently described that it had been a company consideration, then they explained that I'd to get hold of the company support quantity that was 08709014000, which means this I called. I talked to somebody who stated she'd place me to the right division, but I had been set right back towards the expansion I'd initially named and needed to feel the procedure for providing information on the bill again after which be informed again that there is no report of the computer. I had been subsequently informed that I'd to ring another company number 08448006030, which means this I did so, I did cope with towards the support men this time around, but obviously there is no report of the pc; I had been requested for that design number that we offered, but informed that there is no report of the product range.By this time around I'd solved not to purchase a pc at PC Planet again AND NOT to purchase an ACER computer again both. The entire support setup is just a TOTAL shambles.
