Thirty Days with no notebook or REPAIR IT MYSELF. Once the drive failed, Toshiba anticipated me to deliver my whole notebook for them to identify and restore. Many businesses may remotely identify a deep failing similar to this and certainly will deliver an upgraded for that client to set up. I'd to buy my very own alternative drive so my child might maintain utilizing the notebook at university. This charge me about 25% of the price of A BRAND NEW notebook. That is terrible customer support. I would recommend that nobody buy a notebook from Toshiba because of the bad support.
