Dell Customer Service - Inspiron 530

I would recommend that no person ever buys a product from Dell. The Custoemr Service staff make false promises, tell blatant lies and thewn do not follow through with agreed actions. Everytime I contact Dell I have to go throught he same information exchange and then I am told that a different department will have to get back to me. Dell have my laptop returned to them but they continually lie about the resolution. I agreed to a full refund, which they then, the next day, advised by email that it "was not going to happen". You also cannot anyone in Dell at a senior management level. I am exhausted with the web of lies and deceit that I cannot believe a word anyone from Dell says. I was given the email address by the UK office in Bracknell, England, but I have not had a s much as a courtesy acknowledgement respons.

My advice to you all... Stay well away from Dell forever"""
