Multiple problems with compure

Purchased this computer last January. Issues began a few months later. Named HP numerous occasions. The very first stated they'd set the issue. Next phone they stated my graphics card was bad-but they'd not repair it. They'd deliver me the component and that I might place it in. The component came without any directions. Named HP again. Was advised to simply take a look at the way the previous card was linked and attempt to determine it out. Ultimately got fresh card in.
