Horrible experience

I put a notebook, printer, and camera purchase with Dell in January. Dell's sales consultant cited me the next: notebook for $715, camera for $65.24, printer for $49, and carrier for $19, complete with tax $933.76. The consultant stated that all of the products were for sale, plus I really could get an additional discount to be a worker. I actually start credit consideration with dell to obtain 9 monts interest-free.

On 2/14/09 I realized that I'd been overcharged $867. They didn't provide me these products for sale, plus used to do not get my university staff discount. Our online whole was suppose to become $933 also it wound up being $1,800.

I created several calls, got used in people who didn't care, most of them from India. I kept calling and contacting, then I eventually got your hands on the sales consultant that I set my purchase with on 2/18/09. She stated that she might observe that I had been overcharged, which she would perform anything out with me. I never heard back from her. I talked together with her supervisor who later advised me the sales consultant no further worked at Dell. I created more calls on 2/19/09,2/21/09,2/25/09,3/6/09, and 3/7/09.

I've had numerous telephone calls using the revenue supervisors who kept stating they were likely to repair my consideration, so that as of today 3/16/09 it nevertheless suggests that I over $1700 vs. The $933.

I'm a hardworking university worker having a Business diploma. I had been scammed. Please advise folks of Dell's sales methods. They promote soo much to pupils and schools, but don't maintain for their revenue ad.

I'll never purchase a Dell's item. Terrible experience!
