I requested a PC from Dell on 5/17. This day was subsequently set-back three times the final being to 6/26. I spoke to some customer support repetition following the second wait. This individual was clearly a foreigner along with a bit difficult to comprehend. All his solutions were processed, like he was studying them. What were exactly the same each time it had been repeated. It had been apparent that he understood was what he was studying on the display. He explained the pc was such need that manufacturing couldn't continue. Very difficult to think but even when accurate doesn't describe 3 setbacks. Is their manufacturing projection that poor? Many calls to service-center after understanding of 3rd wait netted same task. Support repetition and supervisor couldn't speak English perfectly. Study canned solutions. You-can't speak with anybody who are able to provide you with an informed solution. I ended the purchase and certainly will never use Dell again.
