Computer never delivered

After spending money on an entire year and numerous phone to there so-called customer service point I've yet to get my pc. I've gotten from their store 6 shipping times and nothing actually comes. After I call-back to discover what there justification is that this period they state that the pc is on back-order at Dell. They tell me that the supervisor will-call me back and below I'm 4 mths. Later with no phone this type of person thiefs and should be halted.
