Dell lost my computer and all my data

Delivered my computer set for restoration. Once they delivered it back, they delivered it to my previous function target, not the address they selected it-up from. After I discovered that my program was skip delivered, I approached Dell (1/12/09). I had been informed that there is nothing this group might do which I'd obtain a call-back in 24 to 48 hours. On Thursday (1/14/09) I named Dell and spoke to some other supervisor. He explained my situation have been designated towards the government group which I'd obtain a call-back which he'd deliver another demand to contact me. On Friday (1/15/09) Shobhit (identification 55196) explained that I'll all over again be obtaining a call-back today. The whole period (one complete week), the machine with all my own information hasbeen in a seperate location then mine.
