Terrible experience

After spending over $800 for substantial guarantee safety on notebooks for my college-age kids, Entrance has become declining to recognize the guarantees they offered me. They claim they "Offered" my guarantee protection to a different organization. You know what... The "Other Organization" is certainly going broke. Today I can not get support from Entrance or even the bankrupt organization. Main point here... I am out $800... I settled Entrance for that guarantees, Entrance must recognize them. Gateway can't be respected and that I might truly claim that anybody considering using the services of Gateway Computers might rethink. Trust me, it is INSIDE YOUR greatest attention to do this.
