Gateway 420GR - exactly what a piece of crap!

We bought our first pc, a, in 1998. It went just like a top. We were therefore happy with it that after it got time for you to purchase a new pc, we purchased another Entrance. Exactly what a error

Because buying our Gateway 420GR in late November we've: been through two screens. The very first 17-inch flat-screen LCD died significantly less than two plus one half weeks after purchase, and was changed under warranty. The 2nd died recently. Changed the drive once. Had FOUR main failures, all regarding missing info since the back-up disks that have been burned using the PC failed. Your computer-tech claims these were not created properly. He seems there's a problem within the burner that does not create an closing signal about the disk.

The main one moment I called tech-support, I really could not get a realtor about the telephone whom I really could comprehend. I required a realtor who spoke english-as their first-language. That appeared to irritate them. Obviously, I've not named Entrance techsupport back.

I actually can't suggest anybody buy a Entrance. It is a costly error that I'll not create again.
