Awful company

Nowadays my NX500X notebook cord died, my guarantee ends Saturday 2/7/09. I looked up my program on Entrance to determine my guarantee have been offered to MPC. I attempted all night to get hold of them via phone to locate they've shut/filed Chapter 11. Named Entrance guarantee division and lay on-hold for 3hrs, 25min before holding up. I subsequently named Entrance and picked the choice to buy a brand new pc, somebody acquired in under 10 seconds. (Good method to handle already-existing clients, Entrance) I vented and today am discussing my rage along with you all. Appears like I Will begin searching for an apple/Mac.
