It is unsafe to use Regtool that slowers my computer and stop internet

In the beginning I believed it'll accelerate my pc after studying their site. Then I settled and listed. Alternatively it slowered my pc and that I cannot connect with the web both.

Their customer care may be the worest I'd actually noticed. They stated it's not their problem, and questioned me to obtain and deploy over and over. But nothing changed.
