Is a total ripoff!

I received a phone call from one of the American Financial representatives offering me an option to reduce my credit by paying a one time only, flat fee of $200.00. This flat fee was to be returned to me in coupons that should be used to purchase items from the company catalogue. Dispite my refusal to participate, the salesman/conartist eventually talked me into agreeing to the offer and the money was withdrawn from my account. I was never provided with any contact information or confirmation number from the company. When I was finally able to obtain contact information, I spoke with a woman who told me that I could not receive a refund and have to pay a $35.00 early cancellation fee.

This company is a complete ripoff. Anyone with information on how to get a refund-please help!
