I purchased a notebook from their store september they inform me it had been a open-box demonstration device and was discounted and so I purchased and have a 12 months guarantee nevertheless when it failed i contact toshiba plus they explained it had been bought by another person in november so that they couldn't repair it free of charge signal area explained they'd manage it and today from buss. Who will i call to obtain this taken attention cheers oh and signal area don't have report of me purchasing it however they sure charged my creditcard
