Purchased a refurbished Compaq Deskpro. Attempted as well it-up 2 nights before, and got a mistake message stating Himem. Sys was absent or damaged. Named CR in Peoria, Illinois and talked with 2 repetitions. They both explained I have to operate the Recover drive which was incorporated with the Computer. I inquired if this could simply recover my registry plus one of the representatives said yes. Packed the recover computer within the CD-ROM drive also it instantly began managing a "cat" of the initial hard drive, wipeing out my whole drive. I talked using the shop plus they accepted that I had been provided incorrect info, however they indicated no regret. I'll never buy something from their website again.
