Product not what was expected

I bought a PC in drop of I obtained the pc sooner than anticipate, however it wasn't what I requested. I had been informed that once I obtained it I really could not return it. And so I chose to maintain and purchase it. Since that time the pc is really really sluggish, also it takes forever for this as well up. Then it started providing mistakes and today it wont boot-up whatsoever. It keeps requesting the restoration drive to that we didn't obtain after I got the computer. It included not application of drive for instances such as this. I shut my bill after getting the pc knowing I'd never purchase out of this location again because of customer support within this issue. Today icant actually obtain the recover drive for my pc. I'm likely to try to contact compaq to determine when they can offer a restoration drive to determine if this can repair my pc. With the difficulty I've had I'd not reccommend buying out of this organization.
