I'm a CPA in tax period. Our copier/fax/reader is under guarantee and it isnot working. Samsung decided to change it. 10 days later I discover they've not yet delivered an upgraded. They've no models accessible and certainly will not deliver another thing for me personally to make use of on the momentary or permanant base, provide me a credit towards a brand new purchase, deliver anything from the shop or every other option to get me a copier during tax period.
