Purchased a Samsung fridge new $2562 plus tax and also the compressor went 7 months later. Samsung could not get one to come repair it (many since they stated they'dnot get paid) therefore Samsung stated they'd return the cash. Whenever we did not obtain a check, named to become informed we'd to deliver them the ability wire and sequential number label before they'd deliver a return. Did that and confirmed they obtained on December 3... It is over per month later and they have no idea once they'll circumvent to composing a check. Everytime you contact customer support we're informed how sorry they're so when you request to talk to a boss... They claim you can findnot any. We have been provided times of 10-14 times to get a ck to call-back and become informed it'll be 10-17 times and today nowadays they stated they're supported and maynot provide us a romantic date. I'll never purchase a Samsung equipment again and recommend anybody considering it examine some sites as I discover I am not alone having problems.
