Avoid Dell of course if you-can't get everywhere with Dell visit a state Attorney-General site and obtain the problem type and send it for them. They get after Dell INSTANTLY, they do not fool around. The more grievances towards the AG the more of the knee they've to remain on. NY AG simply got Dell back again to courtroom for that lengthy delay times for tech-support as well as for not repairing their computers in a reasonable fashion.
