I've purchased 5 or 6 pcs from Dell in the last 15 yearsapproximately. Usually believed these were qualified individuals which these products were a great price. So far.

Our 3 5 year-old Dell Dimension 8400 had the drive crash. Called Dell. They determined what I required and delivered it - however it was the incorrect type of push. I'd to-order a different one and watch for shipping. I had been not able to utilize my pc for pretty much per month before getting hired ready to go again. (there have been also main issues with their provided 'restoration' drives.)

Meanwhile - their procedure for returning the drive THEY delivered which was incorrect was unnecessarily complex. They didn't do the things they stated they'd do and today wont return the price in my experience or take the return whatsoever. Their guidelines wont permit them - stated the 'customer support' individual.

I'll NEVER purchase another item from their website. I'll NEVER suggest them to household or friends.
