Horrible service/rude

Did a live-chat with Geek Squad. I told them what I needed completed on my pc. They offered the technology the incorrect data. He explained he did not understand how. He became popular our antivirus, billed us $170.00 and quit. I place an end cost about the check. I tried calling the neighborhood shop after which the organization workplace. All were extremely rude. They delivered it to some collection company. I submitted my paperwork showing I'd to pay for another computer-tech to repair the initial issue after which repair exactly what the Geeks all messed up. More than 2 decades later along with a 3rd series company, they're calling me again. Never use geek squad!
