I've an issue with Microsoft as well as their state filing procedure. I recently submitted a refund and delivered it through the email. The state procedure isn't exactly the same had I submitted online. Whenever you publish a state through the email you're necessary to provide additional item info. Whenever you document online all-they need may be the barcode and store information. The only real cause that I bought the microsoft item was due to the refund. Had I recognized they have this type of double-standard as it pertains to item discounts I'd have eliminated with another person.
