Defrauding customers with unusable software products

Bought Microsoft Office 2007 House and Pupil from Softwarestore on 28 June. Paid $75.00 through PayPal. Acquired item (Disc along with a Solution Key) on 7 July. Mounted the program also it wouldn't move the Microsoft approval procedure. After much troubleshooting and calls to Microsoft help it had been decided that Softwarestore is promoting "Test" variations of Work 2007 application and "Test" Item Secrets. The program becomes ineffective once the test period ends. Microsoft will give you exactly the same item at no cost.

Have required a Return Authorization (RA) signal from Feifei Bai in 3 individual emails but I get no reaction. Please obtain the info out about that rip-off fraud being perpetrated by the corporation.
