Non responsive technical support!

SuperVoice presentation of this product is little to be desired. According to their web site, the program SuperVoice 8.0 shows as a boxed item. When the product was actually received, it was mailed in a little box with the modem (not the one displayed on their website) and the program disk. The shipping cost was $10.95, and for that price; I expect the complete package.

Their technical support department is another problem that I have had with SuperVoice.com. According to their specifications for the V. 92 56K PCI modem, it supposed to support US and Canadian Caller ID. I am notified of the in coming call, but the identification always reads 'unknown'. I have tried other V. 92 modems on my system and I have never experienced a problem with the caller information. I contacted the company on the product pictured and the problem with Caller ID and they never replied.

They encourage you to purchase their modem and to be perfectly honest, the sound quality is below average. It wasn't until I read further into their troubleshooting pages that they recommend a modem that enables you to connect a microphone and speakers directly into the Modem's PCI card. I have attempted to search for a replacement Voice/Data/Fax modem that supports 'speakerphone' capabilities and have come to realize that it is a passing phase. Most of the modems on the market today only support 'voice' for recording messages onto a voice mail program.

Dealing with SuperVoice is a huge disappointment and I have absolutely not intentions of dealing with them in the future.
