Aol
6.0 Destroys Modems

I have had a horrible experience with AOL. Their version 6.0 has disabled my modem (confirmed by Technical Support at AOL).in addition to tying me up on the phone for more than 8 hours I was hung up on, ridiculed, and lied to. AOL 6.0 disabled my modem causing me to buy a new one. They refuse to adaquately reimburse me even though they admit to causing the problem.
