Read this before ordering from Dell!

I'd requested a Dell Inspiron 640M notebook (order quantity 694307649) through their site. Originally they'd provided mean estimated delivery length of 10 times just, but later they confirmed their accurate colors and delayed my purchase by 15 times not once but twice. Following a difficult period of 1 month Dell ultimately conducted hara kiri and terminated the purchase stating this item no further exists (as though I had been a soft laugh for them).

They explained to-order another notebook of my option and dedicated me this period the purchase is likely to be delivered within 10 times. Then I requested an alternative purchase (Dell Latitude purchase quantity 727276241) and also to my severe terror they place approximately delivery day that was greater than a month after. After I approached them with this they began providing reasons this was something problem and might get fixed quickly. They assured me that within the back-end my projected ship day was significantly earlier and explained to not pass what's showing within the site. They explained it had been something produced day and it is exhibiting incorrect info for many factors. But which was still another joking program from the Dell regulators. The machine is not even close to being delivered till day and its own approaching 2 weeks today since I have started my purchase with Dell. I've authorized an incident with Dell via scenario quantity 168035108 but Dell doesn't create any initiatives to provide me-any type of quality. It's very but apparent that since Dell is just a really large organization it generally does not spend the smallest attention to little clients like me. I'm truly discouraged and angered from the treatment meted out in my experience by Dell and that I want there is anyone to do something against such atrocities. I'm confident there will be a lot several clients who'd have been through comparable activities with Dell. Therefore, if you should be considering purchasing anything from Dell, do undergo this email and reconsider.
