Fragile products coupled with horrendous customer service!

I'm simply composing in relation to a Sony VGN-SZ220 notebook that I'd submitted to Sony for repairs. Although my pc was still under guarantee, I had been informed by Sony after many times of delivering the notebook in, that I had a need to spend about $170 for many 'cosmetics problems'. I had been enraged. Firstly, I'd detached the wireless antenna in anxiety about it being inadvertently damaged throughout the fix. Normally, I'd submitted the system in excellent operating conditions. Used to do not know how come I instantly had cosmetics problems using the batteries. I thought it had been only a method of them producing extra revenue. I named them, punished them sternly concerning the 'cosmetics problems' they were likely to cost me on, and insisted they fall those repetitive costs. I'm looking to have my Sony notebook back with me with-in two times, and that I am anticipating more problems with Sony.

One final term for individuals who really wants to purchase Sony: Sony may appear to become the Gucci of computers, and accurate, their goods is effective. However it is one heck of delicate items, along with terrible customer support and fix reps. I would avoid Sony therefore.
