HP - No love in Canada - HP ENVY

Asked when INSTANTINK would be availble in Canada.

Got no reply.

Then they sent a survery asking how my customer service experience went. I noted that no one got back to me.

So not only are the managers not really into replying, but it seems the managers aren't too concerned with managing the lower level managers.

HP won't be getting my business ever again. Not at home, not for any work office purchases.
