Persistent false item on credit report, someone else's Chapter 13 Bankruptcy 19850

At least you people have done business with HRS. Over a year ago, I requested a copy of my credit report from Experian and found a new item:

"HRS-USA Balance $157, Discharged thru Chapter 13 Bankruptcy 08/31 - 10/31. This account is scheduled to continue on record until 08."

Luckily for me, I just happened to discover it and had Experian investigate. It was determined not to be my account. YAY FOR ME! Well, guess what? Doing my annual credit maintenance, I once again requested my Experian credit report and lo and behold. It's STILL THERE! This bogus entry has been sitting on my credit report like a cancer - possibly since August. Thanks to this site, I now have their phone number, but the credit report doesn't give the full account number so I don't even know how I would reference the mistake. I'm looking to refiniance my home and possibly do some other credit improvements, but now i have to sit and wait while these two companies take their time in fixing my report.

I told Experian I want it off. I'm disgusted with HRS and I'm disgusted with Experian too. I think I'll submit a report on those idiots next.
