Be warned! Nova development are a!

Bought software on 2nd Aug. They told me it will take 2 weeks to arrive. After 2 weeks no software, then i was told 3-4 weeks. After 5 weeks no software. They cannot even provide a tracking number. After following up many times get told that I need to complete a request for refund form which was done on 19 Sep 2013. On their form it states that refunds will be done within 30 days. Have been following up and get told the same story all the time, it is with the manager. But I can never speak to email a Manager. Have been emailing their customer service since last week and they don't bother to reply. They have my money and not sent the software. This is a!!! Don't buy any software from them. They are not a reputable company.
