Snagit from TechSmith is now a bad purchase

The software I purchased was able to do everything it said it could do. After many forced updates from the company, the software is a shambles. Cannot copy many things on Websites i wish to keep records of. Snagging in many modes, do not give the results the company promised me when I purchased, not in Chrome or Firefox. Sharing from the software to Word creates a picture which is so small it cannot be read by a magnifying glass. There is obviously an in charge somewhere and management is not at all in sync with his actions. I wish to get answers and not excuses. Is the company finding other companies putting liable with copyright infringement, that is the reason for making certain copies impossible. Then Tech Smith should close Snagit and refund all customers
