Delayed shipping, incorrect merchandise

I requested a-shirt like a birthday present to get a buddy in early April. 2-3 weeks later they sent me stating these were supported, they might deliver the top quickly and can include a totally free label or switch of some kind. I sent them in late May to check out up. I had been shifting, and so I improved my delivery address. Ryan established the change. No top. Fast-forward to JULY after I followed-up once more after reading nothing from their website. Without any individual response and sometimes even "To whom it might worry, " Ryan responded using the delivery tracking number. They delivered it towards the incorrect target. Experiencing additional time and cash, the individual there delivered it in my experience. I simply acquired it nowadays, almost six months later, AND IT IS THE INCORRECT TOP. What. The. Heck. I delivered Ryan an extended, sincere (not rude) notice a couple of days before and he published back he was sorry and might seek advice from the factory and correct the delivery out. He obviously did not read my mail because it had been delivered. I wrote back today requesting an exchange for that top i really requested 6 months previously or perhaps a complete refund. Do not. Purchase. From their store!!!
