Samsung Steam Electric Dryer 7.4 cu ft capacity
Samsung poor quality when drying sheets always wind up twisted and in a ball. - Samsung DV448AEW

I called Samsung on 2 occasions and was told to put towels in with the sheets, make sure the sheets are not twisted when putting them into the dryer and all should be fine. But it is NOT. The other cycles work fine. But how are we going to dry our sheets?
