SAMSUNG cracked dryer drum - Samsung Washer and Dryer Top of the Line

Bought a SAMSUNG 7.4 CU. Ft. 11 cycle dryer Model # DV330AER/XAA S/N Y0A454BZ200359X 07/17 from Best Buy without an extended warranty. Well recently the dryer has been making noise like shoe's tumbling in the dryer (I have never run shoes in the dryer), I started looking at the drum and discovered a crack along the dryer tub seam. Looking on the Internet it appears that other people are havering the same issue with cracked tubs. This is a major issue that should have a recall or replacement for defective tubs. The cost to for a new tub is around $200.00 - $240.00 plus shipping plus labor to install. I called the 1-800 number for SAMSUNG but really isn't anything they could do for me. If SAMSUNG will not make this right I will be posting as many negative comments and informing as many of my friends and family to avoid SAMSUNG products. Very unhappy at this point!
