I requested a set of pants in 14 high (with 35" inseam) on Nov. 30. The order was on backorder. On Jan. 6 the purchase was delivered. The pants were designated 14 high however they were too-short (31" inseam). I delivered the pants 24 hours later within the email carrier supplied by chadwicks. The cost seemed on my charge card Jan. 6. After I repeatedly callled to truly have the cost taken off my charge card, I held being informed that it'd take 60-90 days. I final callled on April 5 and spoke to some customer support consultant (Amanda) who assured me this could be studied care of and also the reimbursement could be prepared inside a week.

By today, April 19, the reimbursement hasn't been prepared. After I contact and attempt to have this looked after, most of the workers are extremely rude in my experience. I'd prefer to have my reimbursement, it has been an extremely annoying experience coping with the corporation.
