Poor Practices

I requested a layer for my boy from Dr Jays for Holiday. Once I obtained the jacket I recognized it had been also slim to be always a layer also it was also cumbersome to be always a coat. And so I named to come back it. I delivered the coat back just for them to say this was used, had spots, with no labels. Well, my boy is 5, and he took the labels down. This coat wasn't used it had been simply too slim for my reasons. Overall they delivered the coat back again to me and that I never received it. Today they'll not deliver me another coat or store credit. I'm on the fixed-income when I have now been let go plus they are not prepared to assist me despite the fact that I did so all that I had been designed to do. I've worked in retail on both ends, in a shop as well as for corporate practices and that I haven't heard about any such thing. That they'll no further aid the client that has no item with no cash delivered. Be ware of the client support at Dr Jays. I declare this since this is actually the very first time I've had an issue together which is simply not exactly what a faithful client must have to undergo.
