Jacket ruined after 1 hand wash

I purchased a coat from "The North Face"- "Womens Aconcagua Jacket White", and hand washed it once (whilst the coaching about the coat stated that it requires to become hand-washed). But to my despair the gray color inside of the coat arrived about the bright outside area! I completely regret purchasing "North Face" coats and declare not to purchase it again. I was an enormous lover of North Experience however now I'm really annoyed. I purchased the coat to get a $100, that will be no-joke. Please do the necessary.
