I ordered and received a leather coat. It did not look good on my and I returned it at the beginning of Jan. 2012. The Post Office confirmed delivery on Jan 3rd but I did not hear from the company. When I called I was told the refund would be done on Jan. 17. No refund. I called again, and was told it would take 30 days for the refund from the date of delivery. Still no refund. Apparently, the company went through bankruptcy in June and the company was sold. I tried to contact the new owners, but it is impossible to find them.
