I ordered a White Leather Jacket and a Black Jump Suit which cost incuding Shipping and Handling $157,97 in May. My checks were cashed on May 15. I never received the goods but instead received a letter about August without date promising to resolve the matter within 45 - 60 days. I have written to the compny numerous times and called their customer service only to put on hold forever and ever, I received no further correspondence. Persistence pays off but not in a refund. When getting a hold of a person in customer service today I was told that it was too late to file a claim that Metrostyle had gone through bankruptcy in the meantime. Can you help me at all?
