Poor and unknowledgable customer service supervisors

We'd requested $100 in university nursing outfits and settled additional for 2 day delivery. Five days later I named the organization and was aimed to some boss who advised me the purchase inadvertently went regular floor and really should get to 7-10 business days. I allow him realize that it was undesirable, because of the proven fact that we required the outfits within 4 times at this time. He ultimately decided to deliver one more purchase following day air-to us. Your day we were anticipating the appearance of those I approached the organization and was educated that it had been also inadvertently sent floor and might appear 7-10 business days later. Today we're with no standard and can't attend courses till they appear because of the total neglect and insufficient intellect of the workers at Lydias. Whenever we attempted to solve this, their answer was free two-day delivery update on our next purchase!!! We still haven't been repaid for this the very first purchase! I'll be informing the BBB.
